Application Process
Once our Admissions Team have received your application, including all the required documentation, they will make an assessment against the entry criteria and provide you with an offer letter.
How the Application Process Works
Submit an application
You can submit and track the status of your application on our Student Studylink Portal or through one of our contracted educational representatives/agents. It is important that you provide up to date contact information so you can receive updates and more information about your admission. When preparing your documents please make sure to provide copies of your Academic and English qualifications and a valid passport.
Wait to receive your offer
There are two types of offer letters:
Conditional – If you receive a conditional offer letter, please provide our Admissions Team with the relevant documents stated on the offer letter, to meet the requirements stated.
Unconditional – If you receive an unconditional offer – congratulations, please complete the acceptance form and return it to us. You will also need to make your tuition fee deposit stated on your offer letter.
Accept Your Offer
Congratulations on your offer to study at BPC!
Once you have received an unconditional offer letter, you need to complete and return the acceptance forms attached to your offer.
Pay the tuition fee deposit
Payments should be paid directly to the bank details provided in your offer pack. You can choose to pay online on our website or by bank transfer. Please ensure you include your Student ID in the payment reference.
If you are a sponsored students, please provide us with a copy of your Financial Guarantee Letter (FGL).
Receive your CAS letter
Once we have received payment, we will issue your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) letter for visa purposes.
Submit your student route visa application
When you have received your CAS statement you can submit your student visa application. Please keep us posted on the outcome of your application.
Book your accommodation
There is a range of accommodation options to suit every student’s needs. Take time to thoroughly research available options and book in advance to avoid disappointments.
Registration and enrolment
Registration and enrolment takes place face-to-face. Once you have received your visa and booked your accommodation, you need to book your flights at least one week before your registration takes place. We will send you detailed registration information in due course so that you can plan ahead of time.
Bring your documents for registration
We need physical copies of your passport, entry clearance vignette, BRP letter and accommodation contract so make sure you have them all with you when you arrive. We will guide you through registration and all steps you need to complete to officially become a student at Brunel University London Pathway College.
