International Tuition fees for Brunel University London Pathway College 

Foundation and First Year students at Brunel University London Pathway College are required to pay a 50% tuition fee deposit, which is stated on their unconditional offer letter, before they register at the College and Brunel University London.

Pre-Masters students are required to make the full tuition course fee payment before they register at the College and Brunel University London.

If you require a Student Route visa to enter the UK to study, you must show you can afford living costs of £12,006 for your course duration (6 months for UG or 3 months for PG). You will need to provide us a bank statement, showing that you have £12,006 and have not decreased for 28 days.

Undergraduate students who have only paid 50% of their tuition fees will also need to provide a bank statement. The bank statement will need to show the remaining 50% of your tuition fee funds, and not have decreased in your account for 28 days.

Tuition Fees for 2023/24 will apply to our September 2023, January 2024 and May 2024 intakes.  

EU/Home UK Tuition fees for Brunel University London Pathway College 

Home/UK students, who are starting their course in September, can pay for their undergraduate course using a Student Finance Loan. In this case, no tuition fee deposit is required. 

Please note, only EU students with settled status may be eligible for student finance funding.

Once you have made your initial student finance application, you may need to update your details if your course or university details have changed. This can be done via a change of circumstance form via your student finance portal. Here you can:

  • Change your university from any UK university to Brunel University London (Campus Code: B84)
  • Change your course through clearing
  • Change where you will be living (e.g. with your parents instead of in halls)

For Home/EU students who are self-funding their tuition fees, a deposit payment of £4,625 is required, however, the College does offer flexible instalment plans for the second semester. To find out more, please email info@pathway.brunel.ac.uk.

Brunel University London Pathway College Payment Details

The use of the platform allows you to pay your fees via credit card, debit card or a bank transfer in the currency of your choice so you don’t have to worry about exchange rates or bank fees. Payment methods

The following applies for all fees and other charges including Navitas Advantage fees.

Payment of the amount, along with any transaction costs due, should be made in £, pounds sterling, to Brunel University London Pathway College by:

  • International bank draft;
  • Telegraphic transfer;
  • UK bank debit card;
  • Non-UK bank debit card (3% surcharge will apply).

Your next instalment of tuition fees are paid in advance of you starting the next semester. No student will be permitted to enrol on a semester of study until all required advance payments are made in full. The exact payment deadline will be emailed to you by the Student Services Team atleast one month before the deadline but depending on when you join us here is a rough idea of then the next set of fees will be due for payment.

If you miss the deadline there is a late payment fee of £150, so it is essential you keep checking your emails and asking the Student Services Team about the deadline date for your intake.
