Registration & Enrolment

Congratulations on securing your place at Brunel University London Pathway College. We’re excited to welcome you to your new home. Check your personal email regularly for updates from our Student Services Team and below are the key steps to prepare for your registration and enrolment:

3 Stages of Registration 

Stage 1: Complete your Online Registration Task 

Log into eVision: Brunel’s online student portal. The task will require you to provide us with some further information and check that the details we already hold about you are correct. 

Stage 2: Appointment & Document Check at Russell Building 

Once your evision status gets updated to ‘enrolled’. Your next step will be to book an appointment to get your documents checked. Keep an eye on your emails for a link to book your appointment. Please note that the whole process may take a few hours. Kindly bring with you all your original documentation you used when making your College application, including your: 

  1. Passport or National ID 
  2. Visa/ Share Code (International students) 
  3. UK phone number 
  4. UK address proof 
  5. Emergency contact details (two people) 
  6. Student Loans letter (if applicable) 
  7. Overseas phone number and address (International students) 

Stage 3: Collect your BPC Timetable at Russell Building

Information on how to collect your timetable will be provided during your Stage 2 appointment. You must complete all three stages of the registration process to be fully registered and collect your timetable. Failure to do so will prevent you from starting your studies and may result in your record being withdrawn.

Welcome Week

The first few weeks are a great time to meet new people, learn about Brunel and get involved. It is a new study environment and for most students, a new country and a new way of life. 

Our Welcome Week is where it all starts, and event invites will be emailed to you. We encourage you to attend as many as possible so you may get the most from your first few weeks and to help make your transition as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
